How do I check if guests can book my property on Booking.com?

It’s important to know when your property is available to book (or what we call "bookable"), and when it isn’t. On the Extranet calendar, it's easy to see when your property is bookable.

Our color-coded system:

  • Green: Your room/unit is available to book for that date.

  • Red: Your room/unit is not available to book for that date, so guests can't book it.

Sometimes your room/unit will show up as unbookable, even if you didn't close the date yourself. There are several possible reasons for this, which you'll be able to see in the red label, under the "Room status" row on the calendar.

Reasons it might be unbookable:

  • Closed: You closed your room by clicking the calendar. To make it bookable again, just click the date to open it.

  • No inventory: You haven't set availability or reduced it to "0." To make it bookable again, add availability.

  • Sold out: The rooms/units you’re selling on Booking.com have all been booked for that date.

  • Price missing: You haven't added a price to your rate plan(s). To make it bookable again, add at least one price to a rate plan attached to the room/unit.

  • Rate closed: Your rate plan(s) for that date are closed. To make it bookable again, open at least one rate plan attached to the room/unit.

  • Multiple blockers: A combination of the above reasons. To make it bookable again, check which reasons are blocking your availability, then resolve them.
