How do I share my location and photos with guests using Pulse?

To help you communicate clearly with guests, we’ve added several messaging features including templates, location sharing, and photo sharing to the Pulse app.

You can share your property’s location—or the location of any landmark—to help guests find their way. You can also share photos, either by taking a new photo on your device or selecting an existing photo from your phone’s gallery.

To share your location or photos with guests using Pulse:

  1. Go to the Messages tab and select the guest you want to communicate with.
  2. Tap the + button in the bottom-left corner of the chat box.
  3. Select from the available options.
  4. Tap Send.

To select and send pre-existing templates to your guests:

  1. Go to the Messages tab and select the guest you want to communicate with.
  2. Tap the Templates button in the bottom-right corner of the chat box.
  3. Select the template you want to send and review the message.
  4. Tap Send.
