How can I get in touch with a guest through the Extranet?

If you need to get in touch with a guest, it's easy using the Booking.com Extranet.

  1. Go to the Reservations tab.
  2. Select date filters to help you find the booking.*
  3. Click the name or reservation number, then write your message under Conversation with guest.
  4. Click Send when you’re done. Booking.com will forward your message to the guest and retain a copy.

*Alternatively, under your Inbox tab, select Guest messages and write the guest name or booking number in the search box. Then send or reply to a message. You can also attach and send images with your message.
