Access your messages from the Inbox or Reservations tab, both on the Extranet and the Pulse app.
Here’s how to find your messages under your Reservations tab:
- Go to the Reservations tab.
- Select date filters to locate the booking.
- Click the guest’s name or booking number for a specific reservation, then go to Conversation with guest.
You can also find messages under the Inbox tab.
- Go to the Inbox tab.
- Select Guest messages, then enter the guest's name or booking number in the search box.
You can also manage guest communications using the Pulse app.
