How can I report a technical problem with the Booking.com website, apps or Extranet?

If you want to report a problem through the Extranet, let us know under the Inbox tab:

  1. Click Compose new message and select the applicable subject from the drop-down menu, or else Property Details for general issues.
  2. Click Send message after describing the problem you encountered. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you want to report a problem through the Pulse app, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and tap More.
  2. Scroll down and tap Help, followed by the email (envelope) icon in the top-right corner. Select either General questions or a relevant subject from the drop-down menu.
  3. Describe the problem then tap Send. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
