  • Create your property profile. Create your room types, indicate all the facilities, and add your best pictures to attract guests.

  • Determine your availability. This is essential for getting bookings – after all, guests can’t book something that isn’t on sale. The more availability you have, the more guests you’ll be able to attract. As soon as you add availability, guests will be able to see and book your property on Booking.com. 

  • Receive automatic confirmations. Once you get a booking, you don’t need to worry about logging in to the system to confirm it. You’ll automatically get an email confirmation with all the guest’s details.

  • Keep track with an automatically-updated calendar. If you’re selling the same room/property on other websites, you’ll have to update the other calendars whenever you get a Booking.com reservation – and vice versa. A channel manager can help you avoid double-bookings.

  • That’s it! All that’s left is to welcome your guests and give them an awesome experience.
