Guest now not coming but is nominating someone else

Hi, the guest who has booked our apartment has informed us that he is now not coming but has provided the name of the new lead guest. Is this OK? We are new to this and are a bit concerned.

Yes that is fine for most people, I would have a policy of :

  1. All guests must be named 
  2. Contact mobile number and email addres for them
  3. A government issued Photo ID, passport preferably.
  4. A covid PCR test with negative result or Proof of being vaccinated.
  5. You can request all of this must be sent in advance by extranet message or to a nominated WhatsApp /Telegram/Singal nmobile number to keep it encrypted.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
