Room Tax Exemption

You are the second person to mention this magical card.

At the end of the day if a guest books your listing they must pay the total shows inclusive of any VAT/GST/ city tax etc.

So the real question here should be is your account properly setup with the right rate taxes?

and if you are using BdC online payments and or Payments by booking, you cannot accommodate this scenario.

why ?

Because you can only do it will direct booked and direct pay to you.

There is no way to have an option on the partner account to allow display option for guest to select at checkout to indicate such a magical card usage.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
