A guest cancelled when they arrived


I had a guest that arrived and cancelled. He booked using someone elses information. Tried to pay us in cash and also had more people arrive than what he booked for. How do I cancel this booking? We did not accept any money

In this situation if the guest did not stay at your property, you can mark the booking as a no-show in your extranet account. You have to do this up to 48 hours after the check-out date.
