My settings for price and restrictions like three day minimal never seem to stick in the settings. Do I have to update availability every day ? Ridiculous

I keep receiving reservations for one night when I specifically go through all of the availability and say I have a three night minimum then sometimes I check the calendar and a full month is closed but I never closed it do I have to observe my calendars for an entire year every single day for all six properties in order to make sure everything is set as I initially said it because everything seems to CHANGE ;(

please advise how to set my calendar rate and restrictions and have them stay

so no thats shouldnt be a thing, but you did set a rate plan minimum nights setting right?

 

also open calendar in list view select room type, expand each plan etc and review the min length of stay values

 

use bulk edit tool to update enmass.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
