Airbnb Superhost setting up account on Bookings.com

Hi, I've been a Superhost on Airbnb for a long time but am looking to expand onto other platforms. I'm working with Hospitable to automate booking operations and was told by their team that Booking.com is helping Airbnb hosts set up accounts on Booking.com, however I haven't had any success getting in touch with the Booking team. Every customer support phone # requires a booking confirmation code. Is there any way to speak to someone in their Sales/Onboarding department?

Message or Call BdC Partner Support 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

They are the worst!!!! I mean the worst! - They have too much business and not enough real people to help with customer service! It is awful!
