Cancel a booking

How do I cancel a booking?  I tried cancelling online however it is pending the guest confirmation which I have not received. Property recently received damages and as a result the room will not be available.

you dont unless you are prepared to pay relocation invoice

always prefer to get the guest to start the cancel via their account or they contact CS team


as last resort you can start it using the Request Cancellation then phone PS team to expedite.

Message or Call BdC Partner Support 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
