To Cancel the reservation

Hi Team,


I would like to cancel the booking from 31 Dec 2021 to 1st Jan 2022.

There was already another booking from a different source & we forget to mention it on the Booking.com site.

It will be really great to cancel or postpone the booking after 2nd Jan 2022.

  1. Try reschedule it with the guest
  2. Direct guest to click modify booking under their account
  3. Failing that , such as no reply from guest, contact Partner Support
