cancellation policy

I cannot see my calendar on Extranet or in Pulse. Also the dates are blocked on I want to change to free cancellation policy

  1. after logon to on a computer browser
  2. first menu under it is the calendar options
  3. top right 2nd circle menu - click View My Listing to see if any warning banner
  4. review calendar list view for restrictions.
  5. request a review by PS team

Message or Call BdC Partner Support 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
