canx a booking
hi all, does anyone know what number i should call to get in touch urgently with booking.com. i listed my property in august but in the meantime i rented my place so i blocked the dates on booking.com however im still receiving booking which i cant take

Our Customer Service team can assist partners when a property is double booked. If it's a date in the future (more than 2 weeks out), I'd recommend just messaging the booking ID to Customer Service via the Extranet. If you're in immediate need of help (reservation is due to arrive within the 2 weeks), you can call your normal support line at 18665672066. They will assist you in relocating the guest.
