Charging an extra fee sor late check-out

Dear recipient,


my guest has asked for a late check-out, and since we need to make arrangements for that, I want to charge them an extra fee. I already got an email with a link for that, but after answering the guest's question, the link is not availiable anymore. Can I please geta a new email with the link I need, as soon as possible. I have already told the guest, I would send request for this extra fee.

  • how is there a cost to you to provide it?

that needs to be handled only by you directly, send them your own payment link from a 3rd party service or your bank IBAN info.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
