How long does it take for a client to get a refund after cancelling?
Dear Lilorne,
It really depends on when you did the transaction to refund the credit card and on the bank deliveries. If it's a virtual credit card that had the money and that you never charged, it depends on guest's bank operations delays.
If you have the booking number of the cancelled reservation you talk about, I would suggest that you contact our customer service to be able to ask more specific questions related to that said reservation.
