Commission overcharge by booking.com
Booking.com has again double charged me commission. First they deduct the commission from the payout. The payout is done to my company who owns the property.
Then every month, the send me an additional invoice but this time to me as a private entrepreneur.
Is this normal business practice from booking.com to double charge commission?
Has anybody else experienced something similar? How did you deal with it?
I have tried to contact their customer service department but unable to find an email address.
