Fantastic 2 Bedroom Apartment superior finishes - 8098905

HI there 

Please can you assist me - I am new to this and I have to make some changes to the advert I have placed. 

1)  We want bookings to be requested and not confirmed?   Is this possible? 

2)  How do I change the name of my Property? 

3) My property doesnt come up when I do a general search - it only comes up when I specify apartment and self catering - How does one change this?

  1. you didnt read everything nor watch How It Works.
  2. as long as your calendar has availability its is AUTO CONFIRMED.
  3. you cannot have option to manually confirm, unless you delist and use another OTA that allows it
  4. If you just want to change the display name you can easily do that under Property Menu.

If you want to change your property name, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the extranet and click on the ‘Property’ tab.
  2. Click on ‘General Info’.
  3. Click ‘Change property name’.
  4. Select ‘No, the property ownership will stay the same’.
  5. Type in a new property name and click on ‘Next’ to review the change.
  6. Select ‘Change property name’ to finalise the change.

If you’re making changes to your property name, keep the following best practices in mind:

  • Use a specific, unique name that won't confuse the guest.
  • Guests tend to type in as little as possible to find the property they want to find.
  • Think about people searching for the name on Google. What would you type to find this property?
  • Avoid using punctuation marks like quotation marks (“”), asterisks (*) and ‘at’ signs (@).
  • Except for acronyms, don’t capitalise entire words (write Apartment VL Amsterdam instead of Apartment VL AMSTERDAM).
