Guest No-Show off when I will get my money
Dear All,
recently one guest has booked a non refundable stay and has not shown off. I have market the guest as No-Show off and in my admin page is telling that cancelation fee which is the full amount of the stay.
I cant see the Credit Card data as I do not have authorization and in the financial tab there is nothing indicating any income for me on this reservation.
How does booking.com handles this? Will they charge the guest and pay me out? if so how long this will take?

The access rights can be decided by someone with admin right for the extranet. If you are having trouble visualizing credit cards you can contact our partner support 7 days a week 27/7.
