guest review


I have 3 different guests who would like to change their review on booking.com, however since they could not contact to customer service, they were not able to do change on their comment?

My questions is, if I provide the booking confirmation numbers would it be possible to send the review link again?

3 of them tried to contact booking.com in several times but could not able to receive the link.  This effects our review points,

Dear Zeynep, 

Thank you for contacting us. I am very surprised that guests cannot contact customer service. I know that the wait time can be long sometimes, however guests also have the possibility to email customer service by mentioning their booking number, from their Booking.com access, if they do not want to call (or with their booking number only if they never created a personalized access).

All guests have the right to edit or remove their review, but it has to come from them indeed. 

Customer service can definitely send a link to the guest to help you out.
