Guest Review and scoring system
We have been with BDC for 5 years, based in Australia. For most of that time our average review score was 9.7 or9.8. A little while ago DBC changed their system, the Guest gives individual scores, but also an over all score. We have experienced pure frustration from Guests giving 10/10 for everything, but over all 9 or 8 , but no comment. Our over all score is dropping as is most of the other operators we have spoken to. It's just not fair. if they give 10 for everything, and want to drop the over all, then force a comment field please so we see why. This is so demoralising, I am seriously considering leaving BDC and remaining with other partners. Having spoken to a few other providers in OZ they ALL feel the same. The old "average over all score" worked so much better and seemed fair.

this has already been debated as far back as 10+ months ago , nothings changed, welcome to the club.
Some guests are lazy and or inept, when it comes to using the guest scoring view on mobile or pc.
