how to note 24h reservation



I have a question, with airbnb you can go by calender to make clear to the client that the must book 24h before arrival. How can you manage this with booking.com ?

Minimum advance reservation on calendar, under each room type and their rate plans /promos


its the value that a guest must book x days or xh (hours) in advance of that date


if you cant see it ask PS team to enabled all calendar fields

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
