I changed the user, but I am getting mails on my old email
Please help me, I changed the user and updated my login ID and email address. However, I am still getting booking mails on my old email address. I have already removed the first user.
top right account menu , you need to add the new user with new email , make admin,
logout, login as new , now remove the old user.
Also check contacts to update/remove.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
