I need booking.com to charge my guest

Guests are using booking.com to reserve  dates for travel and often don't show up or they do enter the country and stay some else.

with the pandemic of the coronavirus properties  had to go through so many evaluation in other to meet all the requirements to become certified.  without being certified you will not be able to host any guest at your property. This certification appeared on the government website and a guest would have to fill out a form under your guest house indicating that they would be staying at your property using your certification . this guest will also use wrong phone number, upon arrival this guest would be going some else and you have no connection with that guest.
