I need to cancel a guest reservation
Hello, I'm one of the managers at the Island Inn hotel. We have an account with booking named Island Inn of Atlantic Beach - 1016190. We received a reservation from a guest today that is no longer allowed to stay with us because she didn't respect our rules. But we didn't find a way to cancel it from our end since the guest made a late reservation for today. We already contacted the guest to let her know she is no longer allowed in our property. Now we just need booking to cancel her reservation for us. Thank you.
