I need to mark my properties as an adult only properrt

I Believe this was marked before, but I am not sure why I can not find it, Both the properties I manage The Ritz Village Hotel and Curacao First Hostel are ADULTS ONLY properties.

Can you help me mark this clearly for any visitor on the website to see? I do not understand why the option is even there to book with children.

All guests need to be 18 years or older. Where can I go to indicate this?

  1. Under Property > policies, update the age gate settings
  2. add a photo with text - "Adults 25+ only"
  3. Check Room details , and make sure no child options enabled.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom, See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
