Im kicked out from my PULSE application since yesterday

Please I really need your help, my Pulse application suddenly kicked me out (yesterday) and I can't reopen it - I believe its some sort of BUG!! How can I/We solve this? Our Id number;

At this time, we do not have a new update, but you can reach out to our customer service team via the Extranet Inbox for updates in the next few days. Thank you for your patience with this issue, and you can always use the desktop version of the Extranet in the meantime.
