I need tips on how to increase demand for my small Airbnb for guests coming from out of town to Nairobi and abroad.

I have a small 2 bedroom apartment just outside Nairobi CBD (15 minutes from Westlands) and I need to increase demand for the holidays! While I appreciate that guests come from all parts of the country, I'd like to learn more tips from you.
