Insufficient Funds

Hi,

We have tried to charge a card for a transaction and it has come back with insufficient funds. 

How do we proceed with this please?

Welcome to the US Partner Community.

In this situation, when a card has insufficient funds, you need to mark it as invalid in your extranet/Pulse account. You can find instructions on how to do it in this article.
