Make my property open and bookable again

I listed my property on booking.com 3 months ago.I received some reservations and got some quality reviews too.Everything was going fine until the last October 13th.On that 13th October,I received an email from booking.com saying that my property will not be bookable for 10 days due to a location verification review.I waited that time patiently but nothing happened.Then I refered booking.com's help article about location verification.It says that the location verification review will take upto 25 days maximumly.But now it has been 30 days.Still my property is not bookable and not live on booking.com.This hurts me very much as I didn't receive any booking for a month.I am very disappointed.Please someone say when will it be end? When will I can open my property again ?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
