
Maximum Advanced Reservation
I wonder if someone can help clarify the benefits of a MAXIMUM Advanced Reservation restriction.
I understand the benefits of a MINIMUM Advanced Reservation restriction, but I am now sure what all the benefits of its counterpart MAXIMUM Advanced Reservation are.
I read in Partner Hub:
"A maximum advance reservation time establishes a maximum amount of time before check-in that a guest can book a room or unit."
I can see this will be useful if for example I set a promotion rate for a certain month (say November) and I don't want guests to be booking now (at this promotion price) for December - when I will not be offering the special prices.
I have a small listing, I target long-term stays and my prices remain the same all year round. Would there be other benefits of a MAXIMUM Advanced Reservation restriction? Very grateful for help on this topic 🙏

just setup one rate plan Monthly, do not enable or create other rate plans as they will interfere.
