Minimum nights

For my coastal zone I am required to rent our studio for a minimum of 29 days, so it's like a monthly rental. On the restrictions I am only able to make a requirement of a 7 night minimum stay.  Is this the wrong platform for me to be using??  I am already connected on other apps without problem in this area.  I have always liked and used booking.com personally so I was hoping to list our own property here.
