My apartment not visible on mobile app


can somebody advise how come that my apartment is not visible on mobile app - it says that it is sold out. While on desktop it can be booked.

Can somebody please help, I am new here :) :)

  • As a proper test, get off of the phone and on a PC,
  • open browser to admin.booking.com aka Extranet
  • logon
  • top right 2nd circle menu after account, click and then click view my listing.
  • If its the same , now go to Calendar - Monthly or list view and review the inventory / status open/closed.
  • if you still cannot find the source, phone partner support to review on phone with you.
