I haven’t receive any reservation for whole month just wanted to check is everything is fine with my account?

Dear Marija,

If your extranet shows you are open /bookable, you are online. I would double check your calendar to ensure rates and availability are loaded correctly and you can always do a test shop online for your hotel! If you use a channel manager, I'd also connect with them to ensure everything is feeding correctly.
