My listing disappears if I select 'free wifi' in the search filters. I have free wifi and it's listed on my apartment's amenities

My apartment listing disappears from the Booking.com map whenever a client selects 'free Wi-Fi' in their search filter. I have 'free Wi-Fi' ticked on my policies list and it's also listed on my apartment's amenities on the advert. Can anyone advise how I can get the apartment to be included on the Booking.com map in the 'free Wi-Fi' search filter? Thank you.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
