My listing keeps coming up as booked although it isn’t

I have a booking. I was checking on my listing and when it came up “ booked” and I had others check and it came up “ booked”   And I have no idea why. Please help and thank you.

Is there a banner message across the listing page?

 

What do you see for that date range , including a few days before and after, in list view in Calendar?

Expand the room type, then each rate plan and promos to see ..

Inventory

Open closed status

Any restrictions set

 

If still nothing found ask PS team to review, phone them now.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
