My payment sent back to booking.com

Good day, 

I was notified that my money was ready to be received in my account.  When I checked it wasn't there.  I contacted the bank and they said the money was sent back to booking.com because my surname has changed.  I have now updated my banking details with the correct surname.  Will booking.com pick the refund up?  When will they pay it to me again?

Technically yes the system should retry sending it, but i cant say for sure.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
