My unit being placed as unbookable

Hi i was advised my unit is to be placed as unbookable  by booking .com

Please advise how long this will take 


I was also advised all payments are withheld for now

Hi Jayshnee,

If this is a Finance related issue where you are unbookable, I recommend composing a new message in the Extranet to research what is going with the status of your hotel as well as payments due (if any). They typically reply in 2- 3 business days so I would check your messages timely.
