Ok, a few issues that I need some help with. 

I have created a master account for the booking.com (name, contact number email address etc). However, I need to make some changes. I would be really grateful if you could help me to do the following : 

1, I need to change the main email address to another one and I do not know how to do this. Everytime that I try it says that I have a master account and that this is not something I am able to do at present. 

2, I need to change my contact number. 


These may seem little things, although they are actually rather detrimental because i need the main account holder to be able to have access to everything at all times as I can not always log in to here. 

Also, we are getting so many reservations coming through and the landlord is not seeing these until a long while after they come through. I hope to hear from you shortly regarding these issues so that I can make the relevant changes.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
