New property Listing

Hi all, I am trying to add my property for the first time on booking.com, I reached to the invoicing page on the registration process and got stuck, the last field in the page is asking for tax ID number, here in UAE our tax number is 15 digit numeric only number, but the site is rejecting the number and asking for 9 digit Alphanumeric number! and now I am stuck, I can not continue or skip this! what should I do! 

By the way I called 14 of your offices around the globe so far but was not able to reach to UAE office to ask them and no one else is able to help me!

see method 3 below is what i usually refer to, but since it appears you already did and you found the incompetent staff in 14 of them maybe try another , one more?

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
