No notice of any reservations

Hi I have had two bookings now that have not showed up in my email.


One guest was really mad at me about this as I had no warning he was coming.\

Could you please explain how I get these bookings to my email

as long as you can see them on Extranet full fat client on a web browser regardless of getting email or push notification to  email inbox or pulse notification, its still valid.  

I keep having to remind  some partners - DO NOT USE PULSE as a replacement for Extranet in a browser. It will never be.
