- you could do prices according to the exact number of people in the room: single occupancy, double occupancy, third person additional price if possible, etc. That will clarify to the potential guest how many people are actually allowed in the room.

- also, you can mention in the fine print (visible on the public page) that you don't accept guest's visitors at your property.

1. Add caveat to the New Reservation template 
   1. House Rules and Policies
      1. No extra unpaid occupancy guests allowed, deposit will not be refunded.
      2. While you can have visitors, no visitors are permitted to stay overnight, failure to comply will result in forfeit of deposit.
      3. etc plenty of other ways to say it 
2. Add a photo of a group of people and text on top 
   1. "No more than X people allowed to stay over night.

Note If you are not setup for occupancy based rate and its a whole unit listing, then you have no such right, and so long as nothing is damaged etc, then you must leave them alone.
