Open property


We are writing from Saranda’s Century.We have listed two properties on booking site,exactly Relax Sea View Apartament and Luxury Sea View Apartament.We are so worried about them because they are not bookable and we don’t know why.Can you please tell us why can’t they be bookable and explain us what to do in this case?Our property has been hacked by our previous operator and also we want to change the phone number that she(the previous operator) has used when she opened account.We would really appreciate it if you give us your help as soon as possible.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
