Pay booking.com invoices

My property is based in Kenya and currency for payment used by booking.com is USD.

I have some USD in my paypal account and would like to use these to pay the latest USD invoice from booking.com.  I do not have a paypal card, would just like to send to a USD account.  Basically, I would like to pay the invoice directly form Paypal to avoid losses in exchange rates.

Any idea how I can do this? 

Booking.com is not responding and they just want to delist my property if I don't pay.

But I do want to pay - by Paypal in USD!
