I registered the apartment in Montenegro and now the site requires iban to be in the bank in ME. My bank is in Sweden. How to change that?
I want customers to pay via PayPal how do that?

  1. Yeah I know it sucks but thats how it always has been, contact them via below 3 options to discuss, and see if this has changed or alternative options. Let me know how it gets resolved.
  2. If you are handling the prepayment yourself, then just enable prepay in the policies page, then define the process into the New Reservation template, includes a time limit (min.24h), and that failure to comply within the time limit after time /date of booking, will result in cancellation /voided.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
