Hi Denise, 

 

  • What pay methods did you setup?
  • by default its direct from guest to you, or any  methods and process you define under the New Reservation template
  • its also a great way to prevent:
    • delays by BdC pay methods
    • avoid VCC by BdC method
    • prevents fake bookings when time limit set in your policy /process. and No Shows.
