PBB or collecting electronic payments through Booking.com


I'm new to booking.com, and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to collect electronic payments from my guest since booking.com don't currently offer PBB where my property is located (USVI). I manage this property off Island and have a local property manager, but I handle all of the accounting electronically. 

I was advice to collect/make electronic payments through Paypal, but was wondering if you guys have other suggestions on collecting payments through Booking.com...since I cannot take payments at the property?

Via a 3rd party not BdC PBB, with as time limit, helps deal with fake and No Show bookings.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
