Problems with going live


I am getting this message, even when I have tick-marked that I am not using a channel manager. What should I do?

"You're about to go live to the world! But before you do, connect your channel manager using the feature on the right of this page.

Once you've done that and you're ready for bookings, click the button below to go live!"

Note: if you list on 2 or more OTA .... get a channel manager ... prevent the future tears and rage.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
