Property status

Hello,
 

I have listed my property, uploaded everithing, but property status is not bookable. how can I activate my account?

If your property is not live and bookable on our website yet, it may be because we still need to verify the location of your property. You can find more information about our location verification procedure in this article.

If you have recently signed up to Booking.com, use your login details to check your sign-up status in the ‘Home’ tab of your extranet.

The best way to contact us is to send us a message via the "Inbox" tab in your extranet account. Please log in to your account, go to "Inbox", select "Booking.com Messages" -> "Compose a new message", choose the topic, write your message and send it to us. Our Support team will get back to you shortly.

I understand everithing, but when I go in "booking.com messages" there is not "compose new message". How can I send you photo to show it?

Dear Imeda,

You will find the option "Compose a new message" on the right side of the page highlighted in blue. It is under the section "Didn't find what you're looking for?".
